Terms of Service Reservations Soul Stay Tulum offers villa stays and guest services through our team and property partners. Additional experiences have separate prices, availability and supplier terms disclosed before confirmation. Cancellations For direct bookings: • Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund less a 5% card processing fee, if arrival is at least 14 days away. • After that window, cancellations at least 30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations fewer than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable unless the initial 48-hour provision applies. Platform bookings follow the policy shown when booked. Security Deposit Direct bookings require a $500–$4,000 USD deposit, disclosed before booking. A card hold is placed one day before arrival and released within seven days after checkout if no damage is found. Bank processing times vary. Any damage deduction will be communicated with supporting documentation. Property Rules Guests must follow occupancy limits, quiet hours and house rules. Events, outside visitors and external vendors require written approval. Celebration stays do not automatically permit parties. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear. Serious violations may result in termination of the stay and applicable charges. Privacy Personal data is used for bookings, payments and guest services, shared as needed with service partners or authorities, and retained only as necessary or legally required. Website Content belongs to Soul Stay Tulum or its licensors. Unauthorized reuse is prohibited. We aim for accuracy and will communicate booking errors. We are not responsible for third-party websites. Disruptions and Changes Disruptions beyond our control are handled under booking terms and applicable law.
